To make for quicker downloads, we have zipped both our Adobe Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Word Loan Application forms to assist you. For those who don't have a copy of WinZip installed on your computer, we have made our zipped files self-extracting. This means that you only have to click on the .exe file after download and it will automatically unzip to your selected folder.

To download, select either the Adobe or MSWord icon on our Services & Loan Applications page, and when requested, select a folder on your computer to which to save the file to (we recommend you use your "Temp" file located in My Documents, or your My Documents folder). Remember which folder you have saved the file to as you will need to go there once the download is complete to unzip the file.

Once the download is complete, go to your Windows Explorer and find the zipped file in the folder to which you have saved it. It is then simply a matter of clicking (or double clicking) on the file and it will automatically unzip. The WinZip program will ask you to which folder you wish to unzip the file ... you can either select a nominated folder, or by default WinZip will unzip it to your Temp folder. That's it ... your Loan Application is now available for printing, completion and either mailing or faxing to Equipment Finance Professionals.
