Proprietor, Ann Hoyte is a Brisbane girl, but spent most of her primary school years in London and Dublin, returning to Australia to complete her secondary education.

After leaving the Royal Australian Navy in 1989, she entered the banking and finance industry and completed her Diploma of Business.

How about spare time? Ann has a strong interest in Parrots, especially her love for African Grey Parrots.

She is also a member of the World Parrot Trust, Parrot Society of Australia and a contributor of short stories to Parrots UK magazine.

Ann also has two Indian Ringnecked parakeets, a Persian cat and two Shih-tsu dogs which keep her busy in her “spare time”!
